Ja, innsiderne kjøper aksjer, mens aksjekursen fortsatt er lav! Jeg gjør det samme. Viser også til rapporten for 1H 2021, der det på side 12, blant annet står;
"During the first half of 2021, Agilyx annonced several projects. In line with the concept of early-stage investment, a targeted number of these projects include pre-investment to support them through the initial development stage of the projects and thus have generated limited revenue in 1H 2021. Agilyx har gode muligheter for å lykkes, med sin unike teknologi. Aksjen er et ran under 40 kr. i mine øyne, min favoritt i ESG-sektoren de kommende årene.
Agilyx legger frem resultater frå 1H 2022 neste fredag, 26/8-22.
I fjor rapporterte Agilyx om inntekter fra 1H 2021 på USD 790 508.
I investorpresentasjonen publisert 2/8-22 står det på side 15 at Agilyx per juni i år, har mottatt USD 7 200 000 fra Toyo Styrene! Altså kun fra Toyo har man mottatt hele 10 ganger så høye inntekter som i hele 1H 2021 til sammen!
Pluss at Cyclyx nå har fått mange nye medlemmer og jeg antar at presentasjonen neste fredag bekrefter at inntektene har økt voldsomt. Dette ser det ikkje ut som om investorane har fått med seg;

På side 21 frå prersentasjonen publisert 2/8-22 står det blant anna;

Altså inntekter om 3-4 år på 2-3 milliardar kroner! Dvs. høyare inntektar om få år, enn børsverdi per no, som er rundt kr. 2,09 milliardar. Virkar som om Agilyx per no lever et anonymt liv på børsen.
Men det er jo meldt at de ønsker å søke seg inn og bli notert på hovedlisten på Oslo Børs fra mid. september 2022. Om en snau måned. Dét vil nok få fart på kursen, pluss rapporten frå 1H 2022 neste fredag. Eg har kjøpt fleire aksjer i påvente av begivenheitane.

Recycling EPS
Having more feedstock available will significantly support Styropek’s EPS projected recycling capacity to achieve its circularity target: “Alpek commits to grow its long-term usage and sustainable applications for Expanded Polystyrene, work on biodegradable alternatives, and increase recycling content in select products to at least 30% by 2030.”
Styropek’s EPS production is primarily used for long-term industries such as construction due to its thermal insulation properties which allow it to reduce the carbon footprint for homes and buildings.
However, for its short-term usage products, the Company continues to establish its role as a leading recycler (as with PET), now through growth in Expandable Styrenics recycling. Through predictive algorithms and artificial intelligence, Cyclyx will deliver custom feedstock batches from waste with the necessary chemical and physical properties to ensure its recyclability.

På tirsdag 25/4 legges rapporten for 2022 frem, indirekte rapport for Q4 2022. Ved Q3-rapporten skrev Agilyx blant annet;
"Unaudited revenue for the first nine months of the year was
$12.7m (9M21: $1.4m), with a positive gross profit contribution in the third
quarter. The significant increase in revenue and improvement in margin has been
driven by Toyo construction revenue and Cyclyx feedstock sales."
Altså en signifikant økning i inntekter og Agilyx viste til overskudd i Q3 2022. Det er ingen grunn til å tro, annet enn at Agilyx også vil vise store/større inntekter i Q4. Husk at anlegget til Exxon Mobil i Texas åpnet i desember 2022, med dertil inntekter for Cyclyx.
