Utbytte for q4 på 1 kr pr aksje. Dersom dette fortsetter betyr det 4 kr i året (teoretisk). Aksjekurs på 8 kr betyr 50% avkastning (litt teoretisk lek med tall, men allikevel..)
Dekkes av 3 hus med en samlet (gjennomsnittlig) kursmål på 12 kr. Det betyr ca 50% oppside fra dagens kurs. Selv etter en oppgang på 13% i går. Blir nok satt nye (og høyere) kursmål kommende dager.

The share price now is at same level at end of Q1 2022. 6,69 kr
This means that the dividend to be paid in 2024 plus dividend paid in 2023 = 32.3
The company gave close to 85% of its profits (32,3) to shareholders and kept 5,9. this 5.9 is the almost the same profit they got in 2022.
I think the focus of the company is to give the profits to it shareholders and not necessarily to move the stock price up.
any comments on this above???
