«on the earnings call, management provided some insight into the rationale for the Aker deal, which closed yesterday. The argument goes as follows: PUBLI is acquiring NOK 116.7m of net operating income (inc. development projects), in addition to the NOK 800m cash position, which can be converted to property yielding NOK 50-56m of NOI. On top of that, the company expects to generate another NOK 70m of profits from improving key ratios and leveraging the equity issue. Hence, the total NOI generated by the deal of NOK ~240m represents a ~70% increase in the run-rate NIPM reported at year-end 2024«

På tekniske analyser er ikke kursmål på tid, men på kurs. Kursen har aldri vært så høy tidligere, slik at det er ikke flere motstander oppover. Bruddpunktet var på kr 19,20-19,50, slik at ved reaksjoner ned igjen, er det fine steder å fylle opp mer aksjer hvis den faller ned igjen. Rektangelformasjonen har utløst sterkt kjøpssignal til kr 22,45.
De gir vel ut ca kr 0,5 pr aksje i året i utbytte. Fint hvis utbyttene øker litt og litt hvert år.

«PPI acquires portfolio of seven nursing homes for elderly care in Norway
Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") has acquired a portfolio of seven nursing
homes for elderly care for a total value of NOK 410 million, which partially
will be settled in cash and partially in shares.
The properties total approximately 18,230 sqm and are all located in Oslo and
the greater Oslo area. Annual rent is NOK 30 million and the properties are
fully leased to Skaar Omsorg on a triple net lease contract with a duration of
35 years.
"This transaction gives us a good foothold within elderly care and an
opportunity to position PPI as an important contributor within this segment.
The ageing population in Norway is expected to grow significantly over the
coming years and as such also the demand for senior housing and nursing
homes", says Ilija Batljan, CIO of PPI.

generations and is an important partner to the public sector within this

up to 2,900,000 existing shares in the Company for an amount of up to NOK 70
million (the "Offer") to and including 30 September 2025. The purpose of the
Offer is to partly or wholly fulfil the Company's obligation to partly settle
the transaction announced by the Company on 2 June 2025 in shares.
The Company has recently issued a large number of shares and currently has no
open mandate to issue new shares. This is why the Company considers a buy-back
program as the most efficient way to support value creation for both
shareholders and other stakeholders.
The Company has put in place a non-discretionary agreement with Arctic
Securities AS and DNB Carnegie Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, (the
