Transaction highlights
 The Company will combine with PetroNor for an all-share consideration of c. 816 million
shares in African Petroleum
 The existing African Petroleum shareholders will receive one for one (c. 155 million)

 The Transaction transforms the Company from an exploration-focused player into a cashflow generating producer with a significant growth profile

producing assets, with current net (working interest) production of c. 2,300 bbl/d and
medium-term exploration upside in a well-established operating jurisdiction
 During 2018, PetroNor generated a post-tax asset cash flow (pre SG&A) of USD 17m based
on an average net (working interest) production of 2,127 bbl/d
 Strengthened ability to preserve and develop the Company’s portfolio in The Gambia and
Senegal through access to PetroNor’s existing cash,future cash flow and assets with
additional debt capacity
 Subject to shareholder approval and satisfaction of all conditions precedent, the Transaction
is expected to close by end of April 2019
 This is the first step in a renewed strategic focus for the Company that will aim to steadily
build and increase its reserve base while using free cash flow to pursue defined exploration
targets in selected and highly prospective basins. The PetroNor team has extensive
experience doing business in Africa, which, together with African Petroleum’s public
platform, will be used to grow the Company into a leading African focused E&P independent

Burde vel gå kjapt opp mot 2kr nå!ikke lest nøye enda,men verdien av dette selskapet burde ligge endel høyere enn dagens kurs tilsier!Dette var utrolig deilig

Dagens vinner med 29,75 % gain ble "glemt" på dagens oppsummering på HO og E24,gratisreklamen booster extra når den kommer.

Blir slutt på APCL som navn da. Selskapet står helt klart sterkere nå og konkursfare som det ble hevdet bla av riskokeren ble blåst bort kjapt

Burde vel kunne komme opp mot 2kr i morgen:) Konkursfaren over,produksjon,større mulighet for forlik! Blir vel ikke bedre enn det! Blir jo sikkert et helt annet forhandlingsmiljø med myndighetene nå! En del som ble tatt på senga i dag,meg oxo, men gledelig overrasket! Ikke en like høyrisikoaksje mer, ikke så stor oppside,men mye å gå på enda:) Ser nok ikke noe tosiffretkurs med det første nå, men heller denne løsningen og en noe redusert oppside! Og når sjansene for forlik blir bedre med denne dealen, er det gull! Forlik vil fortsatt gi STOR oppgang! Grattis alle apcl`ere, ser ut som tålmodigheten lønte seg:)!!

Gode nyheter dette, nå kan aksjen bare gå en vei.

Etter flere år med ørkenvandring og utallige fake news hausseinnlegg synes jeg det var veldig hyggelig for APCL aksjonærer at det endelig kom konkrete og gode nyheter. Som jeg har skrevet mange ganger før, jeg har håpet at noe skulle skje slik at ikke aksjonærene tapte alt. Gratulerer med dagens melding. ?
Kom nettopp hjem fra utlandet, og ironisk nok tenkte jeg av en eller annen grunn på fredag - at kanskje det var på tide å kjøpe noen aksjer i APCL - en aksje jeg har brukt alt for mye tid på. Uansett hyggelig.
