To all shareholders: a letter has been sent to all those named as shareholders of the above company, informing them of the two proposed strategies for the company going forward: - (1) ‘Cash for Debt’ swap that is proposed on behalf of the Bondholders (2) ‘Cross-Border Merger’ that is proposed on behalf of the company for all stakeholders. This is an extremely important decision, and all shareholders are advised to read the letter with care and use their professional judgement after due consideration, as to the future of the company as a ‘going concern’.
