Om du hadde klart å lese, så SKREV JEG at jeg KORRIGERTE fra NOK til USD før du kom med oppkastet ditt. En ting er å rette på folk, men det er måten man gjør det på i tillegg. Når du i tillegg så konklusjonen min som du også fortsto at 2% var ca 1MUSD og ikke NOK så gjør det det enda mer latterlig. Det er sånne som deg at folk ikke orker å legge ut jobben de gjør for andre av analyser. Seriøst, skjerp deg eller kritiser folk et annet sted. Kan ikke huske å ha sett deg på disse trådene tidligere og nå dukker du opp lager kvalme. Bare stopp.. Har ikke tid til deg rett og slett.

Changes in the Board and Senior Management
Phoenix Global Resources plc (AIM: PGR; BCBA: PGR), the upstream oil and gas company that offers its investors the opportunity to invest directly in the Vaca Muerta shale formation of Argentina and other unconventional resources, is pleased to announce the designation of Kevin Dennehy CPA / MBA as CFO effective as of October 1, 2018. The Company also proposes to appoint Kevin to the Board, subject to completing the required due diligence, and a new announcement will be made, including the required information by the AIM Rules, once appointment has been confirmed.
Kevin, who will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and speaks Spanish, has had a 35-year career in the oil industry with BP. Between 2016 and 2018 Kevin was CFO of Pan American Energy, the joint Argentine company of BP and between 2013 and 2015 he was Country Manager BP Iraq, before occupying high financial positions in BP in Iraq, England, Colombia, Russia, Angola and the United States . and Kuwait.
After helping to successfully integrate the PETSA combination with Andes Energia, placing the Company on a solid financial base and taking into account the move to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, Philip Wolfe will leave the position of CFO and the Board effective as of October 1, 2018, and has agreed to remain until the end of the year to ensure an orderly transition.

Permits for Unconventional Activities Granted by Mendoza Province
Phoenix Global Resources plc (AIM: PGR; BCBA: PGR), the upstream oil and gas company offering its investors an opportunity to invest directly into Argentina's Vaca Muerta shale formation, is pleased to announce the grant of permits by Mendoza province to conduct unconventional oil and gas activities in five wells in the Puesto Rojas block.
Mendoza province has adopted regulations in Argentina consistent with industry and international best practice, to ensure unconventional activities are carried out in an environmentally safe and sound manner.
