2023 was a remarkable year for CrayoNano, showcasing our dedication to product quality, efficiency, and reliability for UV-C LED disinfection of water, air and surface treatment for global health and hygiene markets.
Key Highlights:
CrayoLED™ Performance: The CrayoLED (CLH-N3S, H-Series) UV-C LED stands out from the competition, exceeding expectations with an impressive performance of over 8,000 hours at 500 mA —operating conditions that go beyond our nominal standard. But our commitment to excellence doesn’t end there! Pushing the boundaries, our dedicated team subjected the CrayoLED to testing at 2 times our nominal condition , operating at 700 mA, and achieving an exceptional operational durability of over 4,000 hours .
In 2023, 93% of our customer base is within the disinfection market, notably surpassing 75% in our designated target market — the largest and critical sector of water disinfection.
Strategic Partnerships: Our collaborations with industry leaders have facilitated the seamless integration of our UV-C LED technology into a diverse range of applications, spanning from air purification to water treatment. This success has translated into securing more than 10 design wins in our key focus regions of EMEA, Americas and APAC. As we continue in 2024, the momentum continues with over 100 customers actively designing products all featuring our innovative CrayoLED .
Market Expansion: In response to surging global demand, we extended our market presence by securing distribution agreements with five key partners in 2023. Notably, we established a collaboration with a prominent global electronics and components distributor Mouser Electronics .
