CEO update - My first 100 days
SpectrumOne will become the best Martech company in Europe! This is our goal,
vision, and driving force. Every day! By analyzing the various players that
exist, their strengths and offerings, we have found our place in data analysis
and communication where we deliver a value.
It has been about 100 days since I took over as CEO. Hundred days filled with
many decisions, countless customer and partner meetings and a whole new insight
into the market we operate in.
Since in the 1990s it has been the overall priority of each company to
accumulate and collect as much data as possible, which is now rather to have
CONTROL of RIGHT data, i.e. data about the customer. We can help companies with
this in a uniquely simple and efficient way.
Our platform consists mainly of three verticals, these are data
management, analysis & visualization and communication. In order to become the
best Martech company in Europe, we must be able to offer something that creates
added value. We will, in order to do so, become partners with the best companies
in the industry. We have good dialogues with those companies and receive
positive feedback on our strategy and action plan going forward. They want to be
part of our journey! This means that we will make ourselves the hottest player
in the market by broadening our offering and becoming a one-stop-shop for
Martech services. We do this partly with commercial partners we associate with,
but we will also co-operate with the education system that provides us with
relevant resources to deliver world-class services to our customers.
The solutions provided by the suppliers in the market are either large American
companies providing software for data analysis which are time-consuming to
implement and expensive or IT-consultants developing tailor-made costly
products. In addition, Nordic market leaders within business and market data are
experiencing a decrease in their volumes due to uncertainty about GDPR. It is
clear that the market's biggest players have not found their identity of the
future Martech market. By bringing in user-friendly high-end technology software
enabling the customers to analyze their own data as well external data, I am
sure we will be successful in the market. Significantly disrupting the market by
combining an easy access to data and at the same time reducing the need for
consultants will eventually take us to a leading position.
Shortly we will close new strategic partners and customers, operate in new co
-operations, and grow substantially organically and by acquisitions. Important
steps into becoming best Martech company in Europe.
